Receive Self Service Real Estate Brokerage for $495 plus
3% offer of compensation to selling agent. The $495 listing fee is
paid upfront. The 3% compensation is offered to cooperating real estate
brokers via the Multiple Listing Service. The agreement may be cancelled
at anytime with 3 days written notice. Brokers shall be protected
for 90 days after the effective date of the cancellation if a contract
is ratified with a ready, willing, and able buyer to whom the property
has been shown during the term of the listing agreement.

MLS Database. The Local MLS Database is the most powerful
