Lockbox Security Information
The Key Safe or Lockbox placed on
the home is a secure method of controlling and
monitoring visitors. Only after a authorized
user inserts their Keycard and their pin number will
the lockbox release the key. The lockbox
records the Date, Time, and the Identity of the
Keycard holder requesting entry. This record
is kept electronically in the Lockbox and the Keycard. The Keycard showing
activity is loaded to a secure computer nightly to track entry to all homes.
Occupants of the property should require all
visitors to release the key from the Lockbox and
produce a business card. All legitimate agents
will have a Keycard and a business card.
