Our Transparent Fee Structure

Never more than 1% listing commission for home sales between $250,000 and $950,000. For sales above $950,000, listing fees gradually decrease from 0.75% to 0.65%, ensuring fees remain below 1% based on price brackets.

For a $500,000 home: $5,000
$950,000. – $1,499,999.
$9,500. plus 0.75% of the amount over $950,000.
For a $1,200,000. home:
$9,500.+ 0.75% of $250,000.= $11,375.
$1,500,000. – $1,999,999.
$13,625. plus 0.70%of the amount over $1,500,000.
For a $1,800,000. home:
$13,625 + 0.70% of $300,000.= $15,725.
$2,000,000. – $2,499,999.
$17,125. plus 0.68% of the amount over $2,000,000.
For a $2,200,000. home:
$17,125 + 0.68% of $200,000. = $18,485.
$2,500,000. - $3,000,000.
$20,525. plus 0.65% of the amount over $2,500,000.
For a $2,750,000. home:
$20,525 + 0.65% of $250,000. = $22,150.
