to purchase the property has become voidable and is

Division Potential - The property can possibly
be subdivided after appropriate approval from the
local government.
Flood Ins. May Be Required - A property may be
in a high risk area for flooding and the lender may
required special flood insurance.
Geological Hazard Zone - A naturally occurring
or man-made geologic condition that presents a risk
or is a potential danger to life and property.
High Intensity Line - Electric Power Lines are
on the property or are near enough to affect the
property.
Historic Property - A property which was the
setting of an event which has a special historical,

and which is predominantly in its original,
