Broker will provide Electronic Key Safe (Lockbox ).
This section allows you to select how you want your property shown.  “Lockbox ” and “Call First Owner ” are the preferred methods for showing and notifying Realtors to call first prior to showing by lockbox.  The more restrictions that apply will result in fewer showings.  A Lockbox on or near the front door is the most common way of providing Realtorsâ access to your property.  A lockbox is an electronic key safe which only allows members of the Association of Realtorsâ access to the property, only after they have provide their key card and password. The lockbox records the time, date, and identity of every entry.  Upon ratification of a contract of sale; appraisers, inspectors, or other authorized persons may require access to your property to facilitate the sale.  You may request to have the Lockbox removed at anytime.
