Basement Type
English - A basement not more than 50% below grade level with windows.
Full - A basement with substantially the same floor area as the main level.
Fully Finished - A basement with substantially all floor area and walls finished.
Partial - A basement with substantially less floor area than the main level.
Partially Finished - A basement with only some areas finished.
Space for Rooms - Square footage in basement available for more finished space.
Unfinished - No area of the basement is finished.
Walkout Level - Basement is full daylight on at lease one wall and basement floor is level with exterior grade.
Walkout Stairs - Basement is partial daylight with stairs up to exterior grade.
Improved - Not Used.
