Lot, Section, Phase, and Block descriptions are not in every description.  Your legal description may only contain a Lot number and a Legal Subdivision .  There are 43,560 Sq. Ft. in an Acre .  Finished Sq. Ft. may be calculated using the exterior dimensions of the property above grade minus garages, porches, and unfinished space above grade.  Step down living rooms should not be counted towards #of Levels.  Below Grade Sq. Ft. is any floor Square Footage that the floor level is below the ground level on the exterior of the dwelling.   Just a foot under exterior grade is considered Below Grade Sq. Ft.
