Tap Fee - Fee charged by local public works to hookup to public sewer.
Well - A drilled groundwater source serving one single-family residence or duplex.
Well Shared - A drilled groundwater source serving two or more single-family residence or duplex.
Within 50’ - A water source, public or well within 50’ of the property.
